Absolutely. I have worked with youth and parents face to face, online, and even through phone calls- as long as there is want, there is progress. Online sessions allow my clients to be more flexible with their schedules.
Most teens and young adults prefer to stay in the comfort of their home during these calls to feel safe, comfortable, and productive.

The initial consultation call is fifteen minutes long.
The private sessions are one hour long.

If after our initial consultation we decide to work together, I would recommend weekly private sessions for the first month. After that we can assess how your child is feeling, and see if we can continue with check-in calls once a month.
Saying that, I do not claim to predict the future, or I would never put an end goal on self-improvement. It is a lifestyle, a mindset, and daily habits that we form. Each individual is different in their ability to work on themselves, and in their want to truly make the effort for a more fulfilling life.
For some even one session has been proven to be helpful, while other find comfort in their weekly calls. We will find the best solution for your child.

Every single consultation call, and private session is done by me.

When you click on the Book Now button, and select your private session, you will be automatically directed to my booking calendar. Simply choose a date and time that best suits your schedule. You can even set occurring sessions.
Once you have done that, you will receive a welcome email with the link to our Zoom call.

If you book a private session for your child, the calls are only for them. No parents are on the Zoom calls with their children. This allows me to create trust with your child.
However, as a parent myself, I understand the concern and need to know how our children are doing. Therefore, I do offer weekly reports for parents to understand where their child is at, and how to aid them in their progress at home.
