This platform is hosted by Barbara Kvelstein, a former professional tennis player and a model, who went on to get her human rights law degree and is an anti-trafficking specialist.

Working for over a decade with vulnerable youth, she came to a powerful realization: low self-esteem is often at the root of many negative experiences in the lives of teens and young adults.

In response, she created The Confidence Code—a practical, empowering framework designed to help young people build lasting self-confidence. This foundation not only helps protect them from harm but also equips them to create a successful, fulfilling future.

Human trafficking awareness is pivotal to help prevent vulnerable youth from falling victim to trafficking or other mental/physical abuse. Knowledge of online and real-world risks will empower youth to stay safe and create their future.
